Quantum Bodywork is a guided process using breath, movement, sound and energy work. It helps you release tension and emotions stored in the nervous system, not by analysing them, but by moving through them.

This work is for people who already have experience with inner work and body-based practices. For those who have explored meditation, presence or breath and feel that understanding is no longer enough. For those who sense that the next step happens through the body.

Offerings
This work is offered in two formats: group and 1:1 sessions.
Both follow the same principles of breath, movement and embodied awareness.
The difference is in the setting and level of personal attention.
Group sessions
Group sessions offer a shared, collective space.
You are guided through the experience while staying connected to your own body and inner process.
No prior experience is required.
You do not need to know how to breathe or “do it right.”
The work meets you where you are.
