The story of
Cosmic Daughter
My story is the story of coming home to the body – through healing and creation. For years I lived in the mind.
I tried to fix what only breath, movement and presence could shift. At the same time, my hands were shaping another path: slow, intentional fashion rooted in depth
and awareness.
Both worlds came from the same source – a need for authentic expression and a curiosity for what reveals itself when I surrender to the flow.
Today I guide people through the breath and body. And I create pieces that carry energy, intention and truth.

Path
My path began when my mind could no longer hold what my body carried. A missing bank card in Cork became my first moment of inner knowing — the voice in my chest guiding me with clarity I didn’t yet understand.
In 2012, overwhelmed by anger and agitation, I reached my breaking point and surrendered. This opened the door to years of self-awareness work: mindfulness, emotional studies, inner child
work, Human Design, ancestral healing, family constellations and more.
And then breathwork, bodywork, movement and ecstatic dance arrived — and everything shifted. My body began releasing what my mind had been trying to manage alone. Healing became visceral, cellular, alive.
At the same time, slow, intentional fashion returned to me through lineage — grounded in authenticity, consciousness and truth, not consumerism.
Both healing and creation come from the same source: authentic expression and surrender to flow.
I no longer force.
I follow my body.
I wait for the spark.
My nervous system is my guide.
Water cleanses.
Air opens portals.
Fire transforms.
Earth grounds me.
Aether guides me.
The body never lies.
Truth is the door to the freedom.
Transformation happens when we stop fighting life and let ourselves evolve.
